Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LetsReview, a product of LetsJuan Pte. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), accessible at letsreview.ai and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for an extended period.

2. The Service

LetsReview provides:

  • A platform for businesses to generate and manage customer review requests via QR codes, NFC tags, and custom gateway pages
  • AI-powered review suggestion generation and chatbot assistance
  • Analytics dashboards for tracking review performance
  • Customizable branding and multi-location management
  • Integration with third-party review platforms (Google, Yelp, Facebook, etc.)

We strive to maintain the Service's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

3.1 Plans

We offer multiple subscription tiers (Starter, Pro, Business) with varying features and limits. Plan details and pricing are available on our Pricing page. We may update pricing with 30 days' prior notice.

3.2 Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. If you do not subscribe, your access will be limited.

3.3 Billing

  • All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly. Add-ons are billed alongside your subscription.
  • All fees are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g. GST), which will be added where required.

3.4 Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until then.
  • We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except as required by law.

3.5 Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

4. AI-Generated Content

  • Our AI features generate review suggestions and chatbot responses to assist your customers. These are suggestions only — customers may choose to modify or disregard them.
  • AI-generated content is provided "as is". We do not guarantee its accuracy, appropriateness, or suitability for any particular purpose.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that any AI-generated content used in connection with your business complies with applicable laws and the terms of third-party review platforms.
  • We are not liable for any consequences arising from AI-generated content, including but not limited to reviews posted on third-party platforms.
  • AI features consume credits based on usage. Credit balances and free monthly allocations are subject to the terms of your subscription plan.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate fake, misleading, or fraudulent reviews
  • Violate the terms of service of any third-party review platform (Google, Yelp, Facebook, etc.)
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or connected networks
  • Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service beyond intended API usage
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by LetsJuan Pte. Ltd. and protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You retain ownership of your business data, branding assets, and content you upload to the Service.
  • You grant us a limited license to use your content solely to provide and improve the Service (e.g. displaying your logo on your gateway page).
  • AI-generated review suggestions are not proprietary to either party. You may use them freely, subject to the acceptable use terms above.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Platforms

The Service integrates with third-party review platforms (Google, Yelp, Facebook, TikTok, and others). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for these platforms. You must independently comply with each platform's terms of service and review policies.

9. Account Deletion and Data Retention

  • You may request account deletion by contacting us at [email protected].
  • Upon deletion, your data is retained for 30 days to allow for reactivation. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted.
  • We may retain anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and service improvement purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • We are not responsible for the actions of third-party review platforms, including any removal or modification of reviews.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LetsJuan Pte. Ltd., its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights or applicable laws
  • Content you upload or generate through the Service

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through the courts of Singapore. Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation by contacting us at [email protected].

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
